awesome store I love this pet store. My kids and animals can come in here and we will never have any problems. I can find anything I need here. I almost always get any answer I need and they are willing to look it up if they don't know. Great place.

Very good training class I've been through the training classes multiple times and the trainers go above and beyond what you would expect. They even help you one on one if needed.The store is great and offers a very good selection.

Best people around When shopping around for a pet hobbiest, you find everything from those who know nothing to those who know it all. The people of this petsmart are kind, caring, and give you all the information needed to make your pets happy and healthy. If they don't have the answer your looking for, they look it up. I would recommend this store to everyone. They are there to help and do a good job of it.

Grooming Service Substandard I have taken my dog, a small breed, to the grooming service at PetSmart a total of three times. The service was great and my dog looked clean the first time he went. The next two visits following were not so good. The dog's nails were untrimmed and he was shedding all over my car after his grooming. Complaints go unnoticed at this location. Definately think twice before using this service.

lots of fun for pets and owners The Petsmart location at Apple Glen is a lot of fun to shop at. You can take your pets with you as you shop throughout the store. The other shoppers with pets make it nice too, as you meet up in the aisles and chat while your pets mingle too. They have pets for sale such as iguanas, hamsters, guinea pigs, many types of birds, and sometimes puppies. Great Puppy Training Classes! The Petsmart location at Apple Glen in Fort Wayne offers a terrific program for puppy and dog training classes. The instructors are very helpful and take extra time to help you one-on-one when required. Our puppy was just unruly before this eight-week class. After the classes were over, our little angel now listens much better, has learned some commands, and we have learned effective "positive" methods to continue to train her as she grows. A fun place to bring your pet! The thing that stands out about this store, is that when you visit you will always see pets. They are welcome here, so if your child is afraid of big dogs, this isn't the place to bring him! There is a nice, pet-friendly atmosphere. There are classes in animal training offered, and the employees are friendly and helpful. The only problem is that sometimes it is difficult to locate employees in some areas.
