I ordered dog food for store pick up last week. Ive been charged 3 times and have yet to receive any product for it. had to call customer service multiple times and while they promise "i just called your store and your order will be ready in 10/15 minutes" get to the store, its not and no one has actually called the store to make sure the order is fulfilled. All i want is my money back so i can buy the food somewhere else and I keep getting a run around, i hate this because I loved coming to this store and my girls do great ... read more
Petsmart is OKAY. When first opened,.this store was fantastic but now,,the employees/ manager staff/ not good!😞😞

Always enjoy being around all the animals
The lady I spoke to when I adopted my kittens was sweet and you could tell she loved the animals. Not sure what is with all the negative reviews /:
