Alexis was so great! My dog was so clean and smelled great!
I asked to take a look at a couple of their cats, and the employee (middle aged woman with tattoos) didn’t even let me finish asking my question before she angrily told me I needed to book an appointment.. Didn’t ask if I wanted to make one or anything. Seemed like she wanted me out of there, so I left and didn’t buy any of the stuff in my basket. I’m not upset that I couldn’t get a cat, more so that I was only met with anger and no help.
