I took my 8 month old puppy to this store. He had been groomed many times before. When he got home he started to act very strange. Did not remember us, was terrified of us. ran to corners to hide and yelp. Constant barking and yelping. Shaking more than I have ever seen. Our vet deduced that he had been hit in the face very hard. She called the store and informed them of this, and that she was sending the bill to them. He is going back to the vet,not improving much. We've been taking our dog-daughter, Truffles, to Petsmart for grooming every since we got her. I was terrified to leave her there as my last groomable dog was abused at Luv on a Leash in Mint Hill. They assured me she was going to be fine, and for the first several trips, she was. The last trip on Tuesday, March 25th was a different story. When she came home, she couldn't stand up. I can’t believe the doggy day camp is in business. I brought my pup in at least 25 times with no problem. In fact they always gave me report cards that said things like “we love having him here”. The last time I brought him, my pup was wrestling with another young dog his size. While wrestling my dogs nail scratched the other dog and drew blood (very unfortunate but not vicious). Come here looking for fish. The fish ranks are nice and clean. No dead fishes floating at the bottom of the tanks. The associates were very helpful getting the fish I wanted in the tank.
