Took my new puppy - mini Schnauzer to this location and they are just lazy. Told me that I could not have traditional cut until he is older so they just shaved him to the skin. Looks horrible and he had great markings so I hope it grows back. I will be looking for local groomer who has experience working with puppies. I would not recommend this location for grooming as they don't really care if you get what you want.

While shopping at the Aurora store with my daughters, a dog trainer was training an unruly dog in the aisle rather than in the enclosed training area. As we walked by, the dog lunged and barked loudly at my 7-year-old coming mere inched from her face. The trainer had to yank the dog back, but did not check on her nor apologize. I suggest only having training sessions in the safer, blocked off area or hire better trainers.

While I love the trainer Stacy, the manager Amanda is a big smart aleck. She and the cashier managed to crash a cash register computer after causing the original transaction to time out after telling me she would have me out in five minutes. She ended having to move me to another register and the check out process literally took an hour with the prices different in all three transactions. Seriously, you knew the first cash register had issues. Why would you use it a second time with pretty much the same results.

I went to petsmart recently to find my dog a new brand of food since he has had a sensitive stomach. Amanda, the manager was more than willing to help. She helped us find the perfect food for our Roo and even a couple of toys he loves! Amanda was very professional and had a vast knowledge of everything I asked her. This is exactly the reason why I keep coming back to this petsmart!
