Recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 11/21/18 just had my Goldendoodle groomed by Juliana. Since I just moved to Denver, I had no idea where to go for grooming and this Petsmart is very close by. My dog has never looked this good! I am so impressed- in 4 years my dogs haircut hasn’t come out as lovely as it did today after Juliana was finished with her. Excellent experience. A+!
Idk if Hippa applies to animals but I know pet owners dont want their dogs posted on snapchat or any social media with captions like who needs a dog this big? by employees who owners have trusted their best friends to take care of with the thought that they are in loving care. The grooming area seems disorganized. They need someone to cleanup after each animal is finished. There is hair everywhere. I went in to pick up my dog. I had to wait 10 min before anyone asked me if I needed help. Girl told me my dog would need another hour. It had already been an hour. The guy that bathed her interrupted to tell me that she was ready. A little communication between employees would help.
Took puppy in to get groomed. Jamie was wonderful with him and provided a very good experience. Everyone was super polite and friendly. They gave me information on coupons. The floor staff was super friendly while we were browsing waiting on our puppy. They had conversations with us and asked us if we needed any help. The ladies at the vet desk we're also super informative we have an appointment next week :-)
