we got kennel cough from this petsmart not clean

there is a ball python who is dying there and they've informed people it is fine when it clearly is not.
They abuse there snakes. They shouldn't have them. The snake is dehydrated, and starving.
they desperately need to provide better care for their reptiles, they have abysmally Ill snakes for sale that will most likely die
