Was going to give one star because of the experience we had with our schnoodle. The most expensive package was added to our grooming without knowledge even though the confirmation online said he was in just for a haircut. I increased the rating because of am experience with an employee, Elliot. He helped with our situation and made a bad experience better and I even purchased a puppy guide to bring our second puppy back to the store. Hopefully petsmart will start calling before adding these packages.
Loved the free Santa 🎅🏼 photo op! Petsmart is always fun to visit. My 2 toy fox terriers love it! And Jo Patterson's training helped us a lot!
The cleanliness of the store is terrible. Manager is rude, Yet the groomers are great
