Thought we would be able to drop off puppy at curbside for grooming appointment. Not true, had to go inside. Lady that checked us in was not wearing a mask. When paying ask to speak to manager and he was not wearing a mask. The idiot some how though that was ok. They should be shut down now. Not practicing safe rules. Stay away from this store till the pandemic is over.
RecommendedThey were good, but I saw only two employees wearing masks. Do they want their employees to get sick or possibly get others sick. This is very irresponsible.
make sure their vets are competent
We brought our 15 year old cat to Pet Smart, Azalea Square. Our cat was sick and we decided for her to be euthanized. The techs and vet dr. were very passionate and understanding through this very difficult decision. Our cat was treated with respect the entire time. Yesterday, we received a sympathy card for our cat with signatures from the techs and everyone involved. It was such a nice touch to our sadness. Thank you Pet Smart.
Josh at Pet Smart Groomers is just amazing with her💝Maggie is an Old English Sheep dog and it takes patience and talent. Josh has both and I highly highly recommend!
Always helpful especially there is a young fellow named Marc Kirby who is very knowledgeable in all types of pet care.
My husband & I were in this place last night & there is a female employee that works here. That think it's okay to make sexist comments. So if your a Male she will assume your a idiot. Then will repeatedly tell you "she will let it slide because your a guy".
I came in to pet smart tonight at 630 pm after waiting 35 to adopt a cat because there wasn’t anyone who could I was told “ I know you’ve been waiting a long time but the store is to busy to help with you tonight, you can come back tomorrow and we can handle it.” That is not how you run a business that’s how you run it into the group. I was highly upset. The manager never even apologized or said anything to us. I hope this isn’t how you tried employees.... avoid this place at any chance
