RecommendedOur Sheriff has been visiting PetSmart since the day we got him. The employees are amazing an take great care of him. Everyone there is like family especially his person “Tabitha”! My fiancee took my dog to get her nails clipped this evening. While she was back there one of the employees hit her because she wouldnt calm down. She is very anxious about getting her nails clipped. i dont think the employees should ever hit a dog, if they can't control her get the owner. I will never go back.

Didn't call when my dog was done and didn't bathe my other dog because he yelled and "came at the groomer." When I picked up my dogs, the one they did bathe, wasn't completely dry and he didn't even have a bandana and they didn't fill out the report they are supposed to give you. Don't email them a comment, they have multiple "managers" call you with disrespect and unwillingness to do anything.
