This petsmart sold my fiancé and I a sick guinea pig. Almost every animal we get from this store is neglected or treated poorly. Something needs to change.

Friendly staff to us always
Groomers seemed to take great pleasure in turning us away. Arrived 15 minutes early for an 8AM appointment. Dog has valid rabies tag on collar, but we learned they require paper documentation. Totally get that. Rabies is a nightmare disease. Returned home, retrieved paperwork, called back at 8:05 to confirm we still have an appointment (had a sneaking suspicion that wouldn't be the case), and, no dice. The staff are visibly miserable.
