It was a better experience today than in the past. I had stopped going to this one because the customer service is usually pretty crappy. But today it wasn't bad.
So my 9 year old daughter was having so much fun with this darling dog at the Walker rd location in Beaverton location. With lots of laughs and occasional barks. This insensitive employee apparently had enough swooping in and destroying their bond. I will never purchase from this store again. How sad
We brought in our very fluffy mut today for a trim. We were specific about not shaving him. He's home now with an unblended, uneven shaved cut that now makes him look a starving wolf. We asked calmly for a refund and answers. They told us not much they could do but we could come back in morning to talk to manager.
Nice staff, good groomers and the dog loves going there!
