Very friendly staff also they took care of are Fur Baby he was scared at first but they definitely knew how to calm him down. I definitely will recommend to anyone needing vet services.
We made our grooming appointment and then when we went to drop them off, we called so they could do curbside drop off/pickup. They told us no and we would have to come inside. Both my partner and I are immuno-comprised and can’t do that for our own safety. They would not make an exception. This is unacceptable. I’ve been going to PetSmart grooming for over 10 years and have been able to do curbside drop off/pickup back in May but they wouldn’t do it now. Waited 10+ min to get my online order. Guy at the register saw me several times and not once did he call for someone or even acknowledge me. There was a line too and he didnt even call for a second cashier. I went and got the product myself and waited in line since that was faster.

I'm so disappointed. Last Saturday I called to scheduale a grooming appointment for my puppy for today at 12.30. We've been good customers with you guys since he was born. I made the appointment for today beacuse it was my day off. And I got there and they told me I had no appointment registered and dint even offered to rescheduale or a discount or anything. I see all these bad reviews and it looks like they were from a few years ago so I’m thinking this Petsmart has really stepped it up. We have had nothing but positive experience here. We only do one service here and use there banfield. We take our mastiff to doggie Day Camp and for a dog that has dealt with a lot of anxiety and fear of people they have worked so hard with her. Everyone considering taking their dog to be groomed here PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE think twice. We brought our Pomeranian in to be bathed and brushed out and to just be cleaned up. THEY SHAVED HER BALD!!!! this dog has a thyroid condition and it took years to get her coat back in shape and it was finally gorgeous. That is until petsmart got their hands on her. It will take likely 2 years to repair this damage. Pomeranian have a certain type of fur and should never be shaved (at least that's what I read on the internet).
