Awful, went in yesterday with my dog to get his nails trimmed,they said come in the following day at a different time, this is not the first time this has happened they tell me to wait an hour when it only takes them 10 minutes to do my dogs nails, then when I call up to make an appointment they hang the phone up, smh � terrible customer service. Will NEVER bring my dog to them again.
Got my almost 10 year old male Dachshund groomed. Josh (Prentiss) showed patience, kindness, and did an amazing job. The store staff were helpful, and the store was clean. I have not been able to say that about other stores in the area. Will be returning, even though it is a 25 minute drive from my home. Worth the trip.
They were very rude to me when I showed up with my dog 15 minutes late. I understand we were late, but there's no need to be rude and speak about me and my dog as if we are not there. My dog will never be returning to this petsmart.
I always carry my dog Louie make grooming a petsmart Norwalk and stephanie always trimmed. Today she said she only bathroom and my dog started to bleed from the ear she allegedly did nothing to my dog. I never again take my dog there
