My Daughter purchased a Crested Gecko with her Birthday money only to have it die within 14 days.After finding the receipt and being passed the 14 day guarantee they refused to exchange it. Buyer Beware if you buy an animal and it dies unexpectedly you are out your money
Very grateful for your superior service! I purchased tapeworm dewormer a couple of weeks ago but ended up having our baby and being stuck in the hospital the majority of the last ten days. We went to finally give the dewormer to our kitty upon return home and the box only had the info packet, no meds, as though somebody stolen them. Do not go here under any circumstances. Had just switched my cats to their exclusive brand of food, came here today to buy more and they don't have any in stock and won't until Friday. If any management is reading this, learn how to order product correctly. Running out of your own brand of food is embarrassing. Furthermore I will be making an effort to have the cedar valley humane society pull their endorsement also and I hope others do the same.
This location is ALWAYS out of the dog food I buy and have to make multiple trips to find it in stock. It is their Simply Nourish brand, Large Breed Adult. I also can't seem to ever find anyone in the store to help me out and the cashiers are clueless. ALSO, the bathrooms are disgusting. I mean gross. I won't go into detail but they need help.
It was a mess hardly any leashes on the rack what we're on the rack we are off and all mixed up could not find anything. So I want to cross the street to Petco Easley found what I needed and more so sorry PETSMART you lost out on $150 sale.
