I went to get a treat for my dog today at PetSmart. I wanted to buy the 12 count SmartSticks Peanut Butter Bones. They are sold in many places, but cost the most at PetSmart. Walmart sells them (13 count) for $10.98. Amazon sells them (12 count) for $5.50. PetSmart sells the same count (12) for a whopping $18.99. Unbelievable. Who in their right mind would ever shop at PetSmart? Not me anymore. Beware people!

Where do I start! I love the store it feels like a second home and once I’m in there I never want to leave. The staff is so friendly and is always willing to help me pick out items they’ve used for the pets and give me amazing recommendations. I can tell everyone that works there is a true animal lover and isn’t just there for a paycheck. Thank you Petsmart staff for all of your help! I’ll see you next week I’m sure. 😍🤩

Thank you Conway Petsmart! You all were so nice to us and let us set up a table next to the salon so that we could show off two of the dogs we have for adoption. One of the dogs was adopted by a very nice man from Conway. You even donated some dog and cat food to our shelter! Thanks a million from Heber Springs Humane Society! We will be back!
Ever time I take my dog to get groomed they always have to shave him. They are the only ones that have a problem cutting my dogs hair. This will be the last time I use them
I live in Conway and have always used the Petsmart in Conway. However after this evening I think I will start driving the extra mile to Petco. My husband and I were looking at these 2 guinea pigs when they started tearing into each other! I mean viscous fighting - so I go tell the employees and one older employee comes over and just looks at them. They completely ignored the fact that these poor animals were killing each other - didn't separate them as they should have and I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!! SHAME ON THOSE E... read more
