I’ve been going to Petsmart for a while to get crickets. For months i have been asking for 80-100 i only receive 20-30 and still pay the price for 80-100. Very disappointing to not get what i pay for.
I went to the overland park location and they had a WHOLE tank full of dead and living fish most of them dead. And when I told an employee about it he stuck his had in the tank and spread the dead fish around and walked away.
I was just insulted and offended and will never return. I have raised fish for 40 years- salt and fresh water. I wanted to start a hydroponic bowl in a vase with a tiny tetra a fish around a $1 and change and was told she would not sell me the tiny fish because it’s fish abuse. FISH ABUSE?!! When you Google hydroponic fish bowl from Amazon to Etsy and beyond I guess they’re all abusers too?!! Ran across this on Facebook. something definitely needs to be done. In overland-park At Pet Smart with my daughter trying To by her a pet nobody want to help us , employees are even avoiding us. I go up to an employee finally she ignores me. Racist staff very rude to minorities management needs to take action ASAP !!!
Kaitlyn groomed my poodle today and did such a wonderful job! Clean feet are really hard but she made them look perfect. She was sweet to my dog and took her needs into consideration. i really appreciate it
