If I could this place 0 stars, I would, but people need to know! THESE PEOPLE RUINED MY DOG. The “groomers” shaved my German Shepherd, and ANY profession groomer knows that you NEVER, EVER SHAVE A DOUBLE COATED DOG. Someone took her to get groomed for me, and they suggested to shave her, he mistakenly agreed, thinking they knew what they were doing. THEY HAVE DONE IRREPARABLE DAMAGE TO MY DOG. She enjoyed being outside with us and doing things, that she’s now not able to do those things because she’s at risk of getting heats... read more

They say I can TRY to groom your schnauzer. They messed up my baby girl so bad. They didn't do her ears at all they chopped off her beard and they did her eyebrows like a shitzu . It will take months to get it right . NEVER TO RETIRN TO ANY GROOMER IN CARSON CITY. Y'all should be ashamed.... one angry customer but as they always say in this town oh well yeah huh
I just picked my dog up from the groomers from here and I am so dissatisfied. They did a horrible job and when I expressed my dissatisfaction all that the lady told me was "He looks cute to me." I've never seen a more horrible cut in my life.
