You seriously sold us a "New Unit" for a 55 gallon aquarium that has Clearly been Used by someone else with Missing parts. What is Wrong with your store!! I am returning this 55 gallon aquarium that is so Obvious was purchased by someone other than me and you try to sell it again with used and gutted parts! Screw YOU! You had better take this back! What is Wrong with you! You better take this back or I will Sue your store! I am disgusted. You sold me used carp!
I usually order my pet's food online to pick up in store. Today I had my 5 month old daughter with me and it was NOT a good day for her. She was in her car seat fussing up a storm and PetSmart was my LAST and most necessary stop for the day..I called them as I pulled into the parking lot and asked if there was ANY way they could bring my order out to the car. They make more money I guess by ignoring customers except for yelling at them for moving their step ladder out of the way so I could see the fish while two of the employees talked. Yeah I won't be back
