The manager at this store is very rude and patronizing. She always has to knock the other Petsmart store which is completely unprofessional. She has a lot of pet knowledge but she has zero customer service skills. We go out of our way to go to Petco or the Petsmart on Pine Lake Blvd. She has been there for years and every time we try again there it's always the same nonsense.
