RecommendedWonderful friendly groomers & cashier.
Since COVID-19 started they where slow to start on sanitize and now there so over the top it is almost forceful and rude. I thanked one of the employees for opening up to later hours again and she stated to me it’s nice for the customers, but sucks for her because she doesn’t want to work late. Well if you don’t want to work late or at all get another job. You don’t seem to ever have crickets anymore any way so maybe I will try and shop here when COVID-19 is over.
RecommendedBrought our boy Tank in for his grooming. Due to his health concerns, we always make sure that Brandie is there during his appointments. His previous groomer no longer works there, so we asked Brandie who she thought would be a good fit for our dog (he is 180 pounds so not everyone can handle that). She recommended Elizabeth. She did a great job!! Not only did she totally clean up his coat and do an amazing job on his nails...Tank actually seemed relaxed while he was with her! This is how their workers act... She’s bashing the store saying that the animals aren’t healthy and aren’t up kept and are a horrible quality...
the only time I took my fur babies was when Santa was there but the rest of the time I dont take them in pet stores
They are awful!!! When I dropped my dog off the we’re man handling a husky poodle mix. He was yelping the groomer was so ruff. The worst is they trimmed my dogs nails past the quick. Had to take her to the vet.weve used them before and thought they did a good job but our dog was trembling when we walked in this time!! Do your dog a favor and go somewhere else.
Shelby did very good job on our poodles. I would recommend her to everyone!
