RecommendedMy "fur babies" had their first grooming session today. The girls were more than pleasant. My Yorkie was nervous and usually does not like strangers. They took their time and introduced themselves slowly. Kind and gentle. My pups look like a million dollars! Clean and courteous. Hand sanitizer and masks were available at the door. Staff was masked. Thank you. We will certainly be back. My dogs are as happy as can be.
Awesome job trimming my dog's nails. He's usually a real handful. Absolutely no problem for the groomers at Petsmart Bangor. I went to pay and they were done. literally done in 2 minutes! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
wouldn't sell me a rat to feed my snake , even though they sell the same baby version of my snake. The employee said they could only sell them as pets. How the F%*% are u gonna sell an animal but not its recommended food
We got our pug Bruce nails done today and all the employees were great!
Allows out of control dogs and doesn't think it's wrong to have a dog run out of control by its handler to scare a dog in a sit stay at the owner's feet. Tells the owner who had zero control that it's ok. No. It is NOT ok. Ever.

I tried ordering online for a store pick up and it was a mess from the beginning. I went to the store to pick up my order and the employees said they were having problems getting into their tablet and were unable to process my order.
