Me. Pam is the best puppy school teacher! She is so talented and kind!
My dog Bella graduated from the Beginner dog training class today, and I highly recommend it! Pam the trainer is super knowledgeable, and very patient. It was a wonderful training experience (and the cleaning and social distancing protocols made me very comfortable).
If you are thinking of buying a reptile that eats crickets, know that 50% of the time when you go back to this PetSmart to buy crickets, they are out of stock. They don't seem to be able to figure out that they need to restock more often with more crickets.

everytime (which is often) I go into either Glenn Mills or Brandywine location, they have ONE register open..and their is always a line..get with it or get lost!
went the the brandywine parkway location to see about something to help my 5 month old teething kitten out. the girl there said if we didn't like the chemicals they had to spray on them, try a shock collar!! 🤬😢 How about NO! id hope there'd be a better suggestion than that even if she was pretending to know what was going on.
The staff are the most loving, engaging and supporting people I have ever encountered at a retail store! My dog, Khala, is in love with everyone in a blue polo shirt. Thank you for helping her trust people again!
