Very disappointed with lack of communication and professionalism from this store. Called to make an appointment for grooming. Had to wait a few days just to be able to speak to a groomer. Finally was able to book an appointment for a week later. We showed up for the appointment, waited about 50 mins and no one was there. The store was closed and I didn’t hear from them for hours. Best place! The people that work there keep me coming back!
We love the staff at PetSense. They have taught us so much about the care of pets. We bought my son a bearded dragon here, and they have taught him how to help him thrive. His bearded dragon, Rocky, is huge now and loves his new home! I highly recommend PetSense for all your pets needs.
The groomer was absolutely amazing!!! She called me during the grooming process just to give me updates on my baby and she did such an amazing job. She clearly explained the services before and after and styled him exactly the way I wanted. My poor baby had some areas where his hair was ratted up and she took extra care with him. I cannot praise the groomer enough! She is amazing!!! I will not take my dog anywhere else!
