I have 3 cats with IBS. I have tried every cat food on the planet. EVERY. Spent hundreds of dollars on prescription pet food for their condition. Nothing worked. I tried tru source from petsense. I almost didn’t buy it because it wasn’t that expensive and I thought if I didn’t pay a lot for their food it wasn’t going to help. I can tell you my guys almost immediately stopped having what I refer to as “blow outs” in and around the litter box. This place was horrible. Yesterday I went to this place to get two of my dogs groomed and one got cut. Her fur looks like someone used a flo-bee, and her paws weren’t even done well. Then, they let someone who was having their first day do it to her. Now my dog looks like she has waves. The only good thing that came of this is they smell good. We paid $67 for this! ): I’m very disappointed. Also, the people took 30 minutes just to get paperwork for them. It was just very bad, don’t go there!!

Just witnessed the groomer absolutely hacking at a lhasa apso looking dog, trying to get the hair off, jamming the clippers into the dog. The groomer was clearly frustrated and had no idea what she was doing. After hacking off some fur from around the dogs neck she quit and I overheard her talking on the phone saying she couldn’t do it and the people had to come get their dog. They had a very good groomer (Kim) but she left and the woman who is currently doing grooming is beyond rude. When I asked for Kim she snapped at me that she no longer worked there but in the same breath said they had two Kims. When I described the Kim I was talking about she snapped "ma'am, I already told you she doesn't work here". Ok, but you said there were 2 Kims so I was clarifying. If this woman treats humans so badly she probably treats the animals that way. My dog was previously abused and I don't want to leave her ... read more

I have a rescue dog with high anxiety. I had a 3:00 appointment and they called back at 515 to say " I don't think we will be able to groom your dog. We have crated him ( because crating a dog for 2 hours that you were told has high anxiety makes sense) and he messed the crate and since he is on meds our policy says we can't groom him. Why were we not told that 2 hours ago. The dog was on meds to help curve his anxiety. The new mgt is aweful
