Was loyal to this company for a long time. Always did buy 10 bags of blue buffalo get 1 free. They wouldn't give me my free one bc system was down when i bought my 9th bag. Had receipt as proof. The young manager was rude and you could see they didnt care that i was aggrivated. They lost me and the hundreds of dollars i spend there!
