Steer clear! DO NOT TRUST! Update: My cat passed away . Thanks to these selfish, money-hungry clowns. I paid extra for overnight shipping on a Thursday, I should have had the meds on a Friday. I confirmed with UPS that they did not pick up the package until Friday and Monday was the soonest delivery for overnight/next day air. When a company sells emergency, life-saving medication for pets, communication, compassion, and accountability should be top priorities. Instead, I experienced broken promises, poor communication, and a complete lack of urgency for a situation where every day matters. I cannot recommend a company that treats customers facing a medical emergency with such indifference. I am so grateful I found PetScrip Pharmacy. My cat was diagnosed with FIP, and when my original overnight medication for GS-441524 order from another pharmacy was lost by UPS over the weekend, I was devastated because he urgently needed his medication and was getting weaker very quickly. I was working a very difficult case which a client had lots of questions. Jonathan was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He answered every one of my calls and was incredibly patient with all the back and forth that I had to do in terms of speaking with our client and their pharmacy. There was an issue with UPS and he reached out to them and kept me updated through the whole process.
