If you are considering an invisible pet containment system, call PetSafe first, and probalby last. We bought a house with a PetSafe system that hadn't been used in several years. We thought they'd gouge us when we wanted to start it up again. They came up, made a few repairs, showed us how to train our dog, and even left us some dog treats. We've also had a couple subsequent (self-inflicted) snafus, and they've taken care of us every time. They provide some of the best customer service I've ever had the pleasure to receive!
