These individuals are very inconsiderate, unprofessional and I certainly wish I had never paid their bills for the past 14 years. Dr. Jessica is an absolute unprofessional and immature close minded troll I have ever come in contact with. I regret putting Tugz care in here hands for so long. Disappointed and seeking legal council.
Dr Jessica is an amazing caring person . I have known her since she was in vet school . I have taken my pets to her since she was in the mobile unit . Sometimes now it is a very long wait due to her having many more customers and she gets emergencies just be prepared to wait but it's worth having a vet that cares
