Worst experience I have ever had with any pet insurance company. Would NOT recommend to anyone to use this company. They cheated me out of a legal contractual agreement.
I SPECIFICALLY CALLED TO UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD INFO AND NOW YOU SA OOPS TO ME THAT YOU COULD NOT PROCESS MY PAYMENT WITH THE BRAND NEW CREDIT CARD EXPIRATION DATE THAT'S ALL YOU HAD TO DO!!! I DID MY JOB WHY CAN'T YOU??? WHY CANT THE PAYMENT METHOD BE UPDATED ONLINE LIKE SO MANY OTHER MERCANTS??? I HAVE TO RELY ON YOUR STAFF FOR THIS??? The breeder we bought our puppy through had set up an insurance trial through Pets + Us and even though we have multiple other pets insured through Trupanion we figured we would try out the trial through Pets + Us. Huge mistake on our part. First week we had the puppy he managed to break a K-9 tooth above the gum line, leaving a spiral fracture in the remaining tooth below the gum line which required dental extraction to ensure the adult tooth would not be affected.
