From start to finish, the ladies were great! The one that took her back was amazing with her and then the lady that helped was amazing as well. They knew how to handle my dog who is very shy and very timid and doesn’t let people touch her nails. Which is why I haven’t had them done Once I had walked and left to see if they could do it by themselves without me. They got her with no problem. If you are looking for a Groomer for your fur baby, this is the place to go! All the staff are wonderful and the salon is always very clean. Plus, they do an amazing job and your baby is not left for hours. The appointment times are kept on schedule and they give you a little heads up when they are almost done so you can pick them up asap. It’s stressful enough for your pets to be left so they do their best to cause as little as possible! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Pets place is the only place for us to have our pets groomed. The owner Jennifer is very friendly and all the groomers are professional.

First time here. Jennifer, the receptionist was great! Denise, his groomer, introduced herself and listened to everything I wanted done ( I'm very picky). She did an excellent job. I think I've found my new groomer!!!! I loved that he was walking around the place when I came to get him just as he did with our previous groomer in WInter Park.. He was happy and that makes me happy!
