I took my yorkie for a simple nail trim and her pad was lacerated by groomer. Groomer could not stop the bleeding and I took Lollie to our vet as an emergency! Blood dripping from injury and soaking gauze pads!!! We have had three vet visits to check bleeding and infection status. Do not go here! ACB 11/7/18

We always do our best for our customers. This dog had a scab on its paw. Unfortunately we opened it up. We called to find out how Annabelle was and our call was not returned. We take great care to make sure all our fur friends and their families are satisfied
RecommendedDoreen is a fabulous groomer. She can handle grooming my pursian cat. he's a grumpy old man. thank you for all the years you have taken care of Biggles. would highly recommend Pet Paradise.
My first time going to get my cat groomed. Many of the other places in the area were booked to the max or didn’t offer services for cats. Took a chance and went with Pet paradise from a google search and I’m glad I did. Doreen was great with Xena, knowledgeable, and quick for a very reasonable price. We will be back again.
My recent visit to Pet's Paradise was a bit disappointing this time. The instructions I gave for trimming my pet was totally ignored. I asked for the facial hair to be trimmed and not cut, but my pet's facial hair was cut very short. I also disappointed with being charged a $2.00 transaction fee because of an equipment upgrade (a chip reader), in addition to not receiving an explanation for charging me much more than I normally pay. I was deeply disappointed and do not plan to use their services any longer.
I've been going to Doreen at Pet's Paradise for several years. After we moved here it was hard to find someone I trusted with our terrier mix. She does a great job with the grooming aspect but I feel comfortable with her from a point of safely. It trust her with my furry babies.
Pet Paradise and Dorene are excellent she Can handle my Diva
Dorene is a miracle worker!! She groomed my sweet little Lucie, who sadly passed last year. Lucie always looked like a million bucks. I acquired a beautiful red sable Havanese - Poppy - last week, Once again, Dorene worked her magic and Poppy is AWESOMELY beautiful! And she was sorely in need of a haircut when I got her. I would recommend Dorene to everyone with 100% backing.
