I have owned a lot of hamsters in my lifetime and will only buy from PNT. Their litters are well cared for and handled regularly so they don't fear human hands.
Nice store but they don't know how to cut a parakeets wings they cut all the wing feathers throwing the birds off balance and the long feathers they cut actually cause pain to the birds and can take over a year to grow back. It's wrong and they really should learn to do it the right way or not at all.

Here’s what 30 years of experience, including breeding, hand feeding and raising hundreds of baby birds, as well as working for a vet that specializes in birds has taught us. Probably the best pet store in the greater Ann Arbor area. - Quality items, great prices, and amazing staff. They have my business for as long as I'm in the area, and I happily refer any pet owner to them.

I got my parakeet from here and he is just the best! I've come back many times to get his nails clipped and purchase food and toys for all my pets. Everyone that works here is super helpful and sweet :)
