I've gotten several of my rats from Pets 'n' Things since 2016 & I've had such good experiences with them. They've definitely been well-mannered & carefully bred. The woman I always speak to at the counter (mid-20s, around my own age, I think?) when I visit is great & clearly very knowledgeable. She (& by extension the business) definitely care for the animals & want them to go to a safe, responsible, and loving home. Thank you for bringing Lorenzo (2016-2018) & Alessandro (2017-present) into my life. �
Love this store! Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Took our baby Conure home this morning and followed their instructions to make his transition easier. We're first time parrot owners and were worried. This little guy is curious, active and vocal so I'm guessing we did it right. Thanks for everything Cathy and all. �
Love this store. We have gotten 3 pet rats from here. When our oldest rat had to be put to sleep, the staff was so compassionate and helpful in finding two new babies for my daughter to love. Thank you! <3

They have everything you need to care for your furbabies. Great place, knowledgeable staff, and reasonable prices.
The girl at the counter really knows her stuff. Talked a while about whether a Parrotlet or a Lovebird would be a better fit for our family and lifestyle. She is truly an animal lover and has experience with many, many types of pets. I seriously could sit and chat with her all day. The store itself is well organized, the merchandise is quality stuff, all the animals looked healthy and well cared for, and the cages were impeccably clean. Will visit this store again any time I am in the area.
