RecommendedI have been shopping here for years. All the employees are consistently helpful and knowledgeable. Always have what I need.
I have been trying to shop here for 3 years, but they consistently forget to order my dogs food. Or forget to tell me they can’t get it, so when I walk in the door expecting it, I am mostly leaving empty handed. Was assured multiple times that this would be fixed and it’s fine for maybe 2 pickups at most, then right back to not having it. Will never shop here again.
Very informative! Only where to shop and get my puppy groomed.

Good products, nice store, convenient location, but most importantly POOR ATTITUDES OF one female employee and the owner ruined it for us! When an employee tells a customer to F off and F you, we have a PROBLEM with THAT!
I love this pet store! I want it closer to my house !
Every time I am in Bradenton, I always visit and shop here. Great products and staff. Wish we had a complete store like this up in the Orlando area.

Customer service very poor, will never go back. Was treated very badly. No problem, was able to get the same product online, for less, on auto-ship.
