Best place! I tend to stray away from the big box pet stores because of the workers apathy towards the animals and the conditions of the aquariums/reptiles. But Pets General is different. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgable, plus their prices are reasonable and they carry high quality cat/dog food without the questionable ingredients. Plus I love petting the cute cats inside!!
Pet's General is the BEST pet store! They have everything, and if they don't have what you want, they'll order it. The staff is so knowledgeable about pets, and I trust their advice! Everything is reasonably priced.
Love the staff, always patient and helpful. I like the local business aspect as well.
Friendly staff and a great variety of dog, cat, bird and reptile supplies. Great prices too! We will be back!
They don't answer their phone but then will have a cop call you back from a private number (coward move) and FALSELY accuse you of cussing out their people and make empty threats to try to scare you, all while providing no proof, rhyme, or reason to why they discriminated and never answered the phone in the first place and then blatantly make a false report against you. It's a great store! Glad I never got to even see it!
