This Pets First wrote our email down incorrectly. They also never reached to us for Bella's annual or physical. ZERO contact. ZERO follow up. As a result, when our heart worm medicine was up for renewal I called it in. They refuse to fulfill the order. They of course will charge us for tests and exams that would have not been required if they would have been professional to begin with. And worst of all, they don't accept responsibility. They advertise that they care. They don't. 😔☹️😠👎👎👎👎👎
Our son's cat went missing over the past weekend and ended up being found and taken into the Pet' s First Veterinary to be identified. Within a matter of one day, the person who had taken George in was told he had FIV and made the recommendation to euthanize him. Being tested positive for FIV does not mean he had the full blow condition just as with humans having HIV doesn't mean you have AIDS. I really can’t recommend Pets First Veterinary Center enough. They’re caring, patient, kind and genuinely care for Peggy. They’re also very respectful for monetary situations and try to offer solutions without drowning you in bills but not lessening the quality of care your furbaby receives.
