RecommendedI will keep this review short and sweet, but as a new client of Pets First, the love and care they show animals there is real and second to none. I will never go to another vet in the area. To say that they went above and beyond for my dog would be the understatement of the century.. thanks again Pets First!
Went here for the first time today, saw Dr Heyde and Sophia! They were so great, reasonable prices and didn’t push unnecessary work. I only wish I had gone here back in 2007 when I moved back to this area!

What a great place! I noticed my dog had an anal gland infection last night, and my normal vet not only had odd hours for a Thursday that I couldn’t make (2-8), but also had no availability... for days! Not only did Pets First make an appointment for me the very next morning, but they also didn’t charge me a ton of money for the initial exam for being a first time customer like other places do. I like this place, they always do well with my shepherds. Dr. Howell is fabulous, my shepherd had ear problems for four years straight, Dr. Howell gave her ear drops that finally worked.
Dr. Harris, Dr. Howell, and Dr. Heyde have all helped me on many occasions with my dog, Petey and Cat, Toby. As well as all of the techs. Every single person that works here has treated my animals with kindness and respect. As difficult as my dog is, (he’s terrified of the vet) they still make sure he is thoroughly examined, and they always make sure to educate me on anything that they think would be beneficial to my animals’ care. The best place to bring your pet. Dr. Hyde listens and then assesses the situation. Solution will be discussed and fine tuned . Completely collaborative experience. And the calm , gentle and kind demeanor of the staff put my dog (and me) immediately at ease!
This place is so special and dear to our hearts. We travel with our 16 year special Jenny and came here one time for care for her. She got bad and we had to put her to rest. She was so afraid of vets offices she would shake terribly. We did not want that to be her last memory. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you Pets First for fitting us in on a busy Saturday when we were very concerned our boxer, Lulu, was having a serious medical issue! Dr. Annie Howell was very kind, patient and helpful - luckily nothing serious was underlying!
