I have taken our dogs to Pets By Design for over 20 years. I never had any scheduling issues. Over the years our dogs have always come home well groomed, looking ready for a dog show.
Went here for years but missed 2 appointments and was told not to come back, I wouldn't think this would be a place anyone would want to do business with.
