I have been taking my German shepherd Yoshi there for about 6 months. The last time I picked her up she had her ears completely shaved. I did not tell them to do this but it was done anyway. One other time she came home with fleas. Yoshi has never had fleas in her life but she did after a trip there.
Took my “hair monster”. Long hair GSD for the first time. Absolutely the best he has ever looked! I could pet him without getting fuzzy. Amazing job. They were all so kind! Great job on his nails also. He tends to be a little anxious when I leave him but here he went with them without any problems. I’m sure he felt safe and loved. I highly recommend pets 1st!
I have owned a pet sitting business for almost 20 years here in the Newburgh area, and I have taken my pets as well as many client’s pets for grooming here at Pet’s 1st, and I’m always happy with their service.
Our dog, Marley, is very anxious and scared of others. We have used the walk in services often, but today they bathed her. Marley got the Rockstar Bath and she smells and looks like a rockstar. Thank you so much for great customer service and care provided towards a Marley. All our family use them for nails, glands and bathing services. Thank you
On my way home 5 month old pup got sick on himself. Without an appointment, they made time to help me, and gave him a quick bath. I was very grateful for their help. Will go back.
Went in for the first time today and I was very happy with my experience! I have a very nervous dog who won't even let me clip his nails and Amanda did it with professionalism, ease, and a caring touch. I will be back!
First timer and I can't say enough good things. We have had challenges in the past with other grooming salons but Nicole was great and made it a pleasant experience for Fancy. Highly recommend!
They treat your animals like they are their own. They always do a great job and the rates are competitive.
