I got the implants just after covid in 2020. My first set broke after just 6 months, they glued them back together and got me Zerconium appliances. They were fine until the mountings broke from the appliances. They were loose in my mouth repeatedly. I have been back there more them a two dozen times to re-cement the mountings into the appliance. This person is an absolute liar! Maybe at first glance the office seems beautiful, and its fairy tales and promises are very encouraging, but I warn you there are a lot of lies here! They lie to everyone and about everything! Their patients who pay the full amount up front are left with only promises, no teeth and no money! Absolute unprofessional and liar! Think they are unethical they might do OK work but they are very unethical. Otherwise I had an appointment for March 25 at 9 AM to have implants put in. I go to their office with my daughter and nobodys there. The office is locked up so we call the number nobody answers And then we come to find out there was a problem with the building for the suction so they couldnt do the work but they should have called and told me and cancel the appointment so I have asked for my money back and I still dont get it. This is the worst decision I made by coming to start smiling dental implant center!! I paid $11,000 up front!! I was introduced to 2 treatment plans one proposed i would received a whole mouth reconstruction removing the mercury fillin and replacing them with porcelain fillins and i would receive 3 implants up top and 4 on the bottom on the 2nd proposal i was told i would received 3 implants at the top of my mouth for the price paid up front which was the $11,000 if I would allow ************ to basically film and show case ... read more

Worst. Experience. EVER! Anytime, anywhere, any doctor. Ever ask a professional in any arena if they guarantee their work and get yelled at? I have, thanks to ***********************. And, did he guarantee his work? NO! When the implant failed, he did not finish the work (remove it from my gums).
