Almost perfect I love our dentists office and Dr Petrucci is a great. He's very friendly, knowledgeable and we never have to wait long once we've arrived for our appt. The technical is friendly and helpful as well. The only issue that I have with this office is the rude receptionist Karen. She can be very short and rude especially when you need to reschedule your appt and has even hung up on me on the phone.
