Stick to the ice cream and desserts at this nostalgic dinner. My husband and I tried the dinner menu & it was just lackluster. the food wasn't very well seasoned, vegetables were bland and undercooked, the gravy very salty, and the steak overcooked. The food was edible, but not great. we tried the Fremont Clown Sundae for dessert & that was delicious & fun. The staff was very friendly & attentive. Our waiter was absolutely the best, he refilled our drinks, asked if we needed anything and was very polite, wish I could remember his name, it started with an "A" and he had an accent. The food so, so good with large portions and the desserts and malts were wonderful!! I'll be going back!!
We decided to stop in for dessert for my daughter’s birthday. I can’t remember the last time I have had a malt that good. We loved everything we ordered. Great place!
Honestly we came here because it says it’s highly reviewed but the food is definitely bland and tasteless... the pricing was great but overall I wouldn’t come again.
I was surprised to see a lot of people like it. I guess you have to have the right timing of the cooks. The last 3 meals have been a disappointment. Plus I got a watered down Dr. Pepper. They tried to correct it but still got the same result and my wife wasn't happy either. Liked it best when she said it was GROSS
Today was not a good day for Petrows. After arriving at lunchtime, we were told there would be a wait. Half of the tables were empty. Told boss told her when people could be seated. I would have understood if they were busy. They WERE NOT. Service was not good, drink, said had Pepsi producs, ordered diet pepsi, that is the only thing that was not a pepsi product. Ordered water. My wife and I got married a week ago and our reception was catered by Petrow's Restaurant. Our guests are still raving about the incredible food and “out of this world” wedding cake! Every detail was accounted for, from the first time we met Nick to the end of our reception. The catering team was timely, attentive, and professional.
