Unfortunately, I had an awful experience. Performed and charged me for tests that I did not want. I did not want an exam for contacts- only wanted glasses. Never told me that certain exams were to fit me for contacts. Then charged me for these exams. When I asked to not be charged for this, the previously kind worker turned nasty. After several months and many many phone calls, several with very rude people, the charges were finally removed. It was an exhausting experience. I never had glasses before, i was not explained anything about the cost of the exam or any extras, after my insurance coverage i still paid well over $1000, glasses did not fit, nor could i see out of them, very dissastisfied, they offered a free exam but i was stuck with the glasses that i could not wear

Had an awesome visit and eye exam here. Dr. Petrou was friendly and inviting and so was her work space and staff. My exam was thorough and explanations were easy to understand, the doctor answered all of my questions. The office is clean and comfortable, there are a lot of diverse styles and color frames to choose from here. The staff offered helpful styling advice and honest feed back. Experienced an incredible comprehensive eye exam with Dr Petrou. She made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. She never made me feel rushed. The office staff was so knowledgeable and helpful with selecting my frames. The selection of frames was difficult, because there was so many I fell in love with!! The doc is great and we have had a great experience with her but we had an experience that was unexpected when the clinic could not oblige for an appointment for our teen son whose glasses broke. He had to be without glasses and miss activities. To make matters worse, the staff was rude. The real test for any business is when they can take care of your needs especially kids needs and go above and beyond the normal ... everyone (mostly) gets the routine right but the ones that go the extra mile are the ones that differentiate... read more
