We have been customers for almost 10 years and rarely shop anywhere else. They have a great selection of high quality products, and the customer service is wonderful. I won't ever forget how kind Shauna (the owner) was to me during one of my dogs last days (back in 2008). We also use Petropolis grooming, and have been very happy with the services.

I've always known what a great store Petropolis was, but today they went above and beyond. When they heard about Tank, a Ventura County Animal Services foster dog was having terrible allergies and skin problems Shawna reached out to Tank's foster dad and sponsored Tank with special food, shampoo and treats!!! We say it takes a village and Shawna's generosity makes her one of the village's special citizens! Thank you Petropolis!
