RecommendedPetropolis is a great little store. The employees are very helpful and interested. They have a nice selection of food, toys and merchandise. My kitties definitely appreciated the cat toys I got for them, it's as if they became young again....shop Petropolis!!

We’ve been going to Petrópolis since they opened, they have always been great and they have everything we need for our dogs. We love the grooming services too. With the quarantine it was difficult to go out and buy food for our dogs and they offered to deliver free of charge. Great exceptional customer service.

Daniel helped me find the right food combination for my kitten's sensitive stomach. I'm a first time pet owner, so I'm very happy to have found this place!
Daniel very rude and lacks customer service. I will never give them our business and word of mouth goes a long way...Living in Mission Oaks and wanting to keep our business local, thanks to Daniel we will take our business elsewhere.

Today we adopted a kitten that was fostered and then placed in the care of Petropolis through VCAS. Its my first time owning a cat and Shawna went above and beyond to help! She not only gave us food and treats, but also gave us some treats for my dog to help with getting the kitten and my dog used to each other! She gave me awesome tips and made me feel so good about taking home our new family member!
