Walts has always been my go to service company. They complete the work on time and the first time. They have the best techs in the state with the most experience.
Bad service. They installed a defective part in my register and it resulted in error in my system. I contacted them back and they estimated repair for $5 k. I was shocked for the amount so I got anther opinion from a different company they found out that the hard drive that they installed was defective. So they estimated $300 to fix it and they did a great job for the travel and rate per hour and speed to complete the work. They big time scammed the businesses not worth it to deal with, bad service and unprofessional customer service, bad quality parts its such of time wasting , don't do business with them, not recommend for anyone.
