I was recommended to Dr. Mueller several years ago specifically for FNA of several thyroid nodules. I have a complicated medical history, and had undergone FNA about 10 years prior. The experience with Dr. Mueller was terrific. She has a calming manner, and explained the procedure thoroughly. She was even able to give me preliminary results at the time of the biopsy. Not sure about the one star review. Dr. Mueller and Petroglyph are offering world class services. Albuquerque is lucky to have these Pathology services here.

Worst experience I've had, broken bones hurt less. I had a great experience, friendly staff, no issues. After the first biopsy, decided that the traditional 6 pokes hurts less. I later received a notice mentioning how I was mad, throwing doors, and left without saying a word. 10/10 would expect some sort of proffesionalism, not like cameras exist.

This is the single best medical experience I have had in my life. Dr. Mueller was exactly what I needed in my journey of a medical diagnosis. She is calm, but thorough. She is experienced but eager to listen to my story. She is thoughtful and extremely professional. I need the world to know how helpful she is. Thank you Dr. Mueller.

If you are referred for a biopsy, I recommend Petroglyph Pathology. Dr. Mueller is thorough, understanding, gentle, professional, and competent. Her assistant Alice is wonderful and so is the receptionist who gave me detailed instructions before the appointment. Ditch the big hospital setting for this small but excellent practice.
