Old school professional service. Hot water heater quit, called PETRO, and immediately talked to a human, Rich. Appointment set up, they located the brand I wanted, and Victor from PETRO showed up promptly as scheduled. Victor was fast, friendly, and explained the new unit. Hot water restored, old unit gone, 2 hours elapsed, no huge mess. Thanks!
