This was my first time going to the dealership and overall, I had a great experience. The dealership did everything I asked them to do. Overall the experience was very good. Great dealership!
Service department is great. Friendly people and always very helpful. Only thing I dislike is they do not ability to pay with a check. They charge a 3% fee to use a card.
I have had great experiences with the service department and never had any issues. Kim Pierce was great!
Went in for minor service on an Armada. Service dept. did a check of vehicle, gave me options on recommended service promptly. I selected what I wanted done and the service dept got right on it. Work was done quickly and there were no surprises on cost. Very good service.
